1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bb8bd online gaming platform, including all associated services, features, and content available through https://bb8bd.club (the "Platform"). To register and maintain an active account on bb8bd, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any single criterion constitutes grounds for account suspension or termination.

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh (or another jurisdiction where access to such platforms is not prohibited by law).
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration. Submitting false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or otherwise prohibited from accessing online gaming services by any applicable law, court order, or regulatory body.

bb8bd reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on bb8bd at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bb8bd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bb8bd will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

bb8bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully activated or a withdrawal is processed:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bb8bd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via locally trusted payment services. All transactions are processed in BDT and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by bb8bd and the respective payment provider.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits. Transferring funds to a third-party account is prohibited.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated in an individual promotion's terms. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• The standard rollover (wagering requirement) for most bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified on the promotional page.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the bb8bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players or third parties.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. bb8bd cooperates with law enforcement authorities and will share information as required by applicable law.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another individual to use your account credentials for any purpose.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward bb8bd staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

bb8bd employs advanced fraud detection and security monitoring systems. Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or glitches for financial gain will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the bb8bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bb8bd or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or modified without the express written consent of bb8bd.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to download, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

bb8bd may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine in our sole discretion that your continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (net of any bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and digital services in the jurisdiction where bb8bd operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to bb8bd's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter through available legal channels. bb8bd's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or of any other right.
